Description of Program:
New Horizons enrolls adolescent females, 13-18 years old, with recurring personal and behavioral issues that may include: anger, low self- esteem, dishonest behavior, scholastic issues, disrespect toward self and others, mild substance abuse, mild self abuse, learning issues and issues and feelings about being adopted. Some of the feelings and biological issues that we see are: shame, fear, isolation, depression and loss.
