Description of Program:
Life Designs works with a small number of young adults who are ready to make the changes necessary to feel good about who they are and what they are capable of accomplishing in adulthood. Students learn to take action, confronting their fears and former self-sabotages, while exploring personal talents and passions. The classroom is a work and living setting; true experiential training. The curriculum is self-empowerment: personal identity, leadership, finance, work ethic, psychology, home management, family living, problem-solving, friendships, personal fitness, recreation and leisure. Students graduate with a well-defined future plan in motion. Parents are educated in post-adolescent parenting.
